Action to Poverty in the World:  Organization "RESH" in Action

In this context, the Millennium Summit gave priority to decent employment and focused attention on young people and urging all countries together to "develop and implement strategies that give young people a decent and productive", in line with define correct use of the International Labor Organization (ILO) as "best way out of poverty, marginalization and underdevelopment." In order to ensure the establishment of this development policy must promote the integration of the poorest sectors in the process of collective decision through mechanisms of social participation. Experience has highlighted the tripartite (business organizations, unions and government) and social dialogue are key to the economic and social development of peoples.

Poverty in the world of the most vulnerable: What to do?

The multidimensional definition of poverty adopted by the Master Plan as a situation of lack of opportunities and options for anyone to sustain a decent standard of living, including such areas as health, education, social participation the proper use and recognition of the freedom and dignity of human beings. Since this integral perspective, what is important to identify poverty is not so much the level of needs are satisfied, but the ability to achieve adequate levels of cover these needs. From this perspective, the fight against poverty must be a priority horizontal inform all actions of cooperation, no matter the sectoral area where they occur. This presentation is based on three assumptions widely shared by the international community:
- The belief that extreme poverty is one of the most brilliant assaults and undeniable dignity of human beings.
- The belief that poverty is a source of disturbances affecting the entire international community, seriously threatening the individuals on the planet.

The Millennium Development

The goal: eradicate extreme poverty and hunger

In developing countries, over 30 per cent of children - about 600 million - live on less than a dollar a day. Every 3.6 seconds someone dies of hunger. Usually a child under five years. These are children who suffer most from poverty. If a severe lack of goods and services affects every human being, above all it undermines the rights of children to survival, health and nutrition, education, participation, and protection against abuse and exploitation. Poverty creates conditions that are detrimental to child development at all points of view - mental, physical, emotional and spiritual.

Help the children to live : Organization "RESH"

What the Organization RESH: Strengthen country capacity to provide primary health care. Nearly 270 million children, or just over 14 per cent of those living in developing countries lack access to health care. However, improving children's health is one of many necessary conditions for poverty reduction. Of healthy children become healthy adults, able to enrich their own lives, but also that of their community and their country. Interventions in this area also contribute to the achievement of Goal 4 - Improve the survival rate of children.

With the non-governmental organizations at national and community organization RESH strengthens local health systems and improve the care of children at home, including oral rehydration, which saves the lives of babies with severe diarrhea, and encourages breastfeeding.

- Education for children, youth and adults
- Supporting Good Nutrition
- Contribute to improving water and sanitation
- Create a protective environment for children, youth and adults.
- Advocacy, awareness and support for implementation of policies for the welfare of children, youth and adults

The goal: Achieve universal primary education for all

While most of the Millennium Development were established in 2015, the target of parity must be achieved ten years earlier - in recognition that equal access to education is the foundation of all other objectives. However, recent statistics show that for every 100 boys who do not attend school there are 117 girls in the same situation. Until an equal number of girls and boys are educated, it will be impossible to accumulate the knowledge needed to eradicate poverty and hunger, fight against disease and achieve environmental sustainability. And millions of children and women continue to die unnecessarily, which severely compromises the development progress.
